Please note: delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, holidays, severe weather). Most orders arrive on time, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Shipping carriers are responsible for delivery.


❌ CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes – you can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Simply email us with the subject “CANCEL” and we’ll take care of it.


🏠 I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS!

If you accidentally submitted the wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the correct one.
We can update your address within 24 hours of your purchase. Don’t hesitate to contact us!


📸 MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We take great care in packing your order, but in rare cases (about 1 in 1000), items may get damaged during shipping.

If this happens, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged product

Once received, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.
