At ChicPawradise, we’re committed to your satisfaction. Our refund and return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective—for both our customers and our small business.
🔄 Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible :
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

We’ll provide the return address and a prepaid label if your return is approved.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
🛠️ Defects, Damages & Performance Issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you believe it is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly, contact us within 3 days with:
A clear video or photos of the issue.
A brief explanation of the problem.
Your order number.
We will review your case and:
Approve a refund or replacement if the issue is validated.
Offer troubleshooting support if the issue is related to setup or usage.
✅ Examples of refund-eligible cases:
Device doesn’t turn on, charge, or operate correctly.
Mechanical parts (e.g. motors, buttons) not working as advertised.
Product significantly differs from what was described.
❌ Refunds will NOT be granted for:
Personal preferences (e.g. "too strong", "not relaxing", "didn’t like the feel").
Discomfort due to incorrect use or expectations.
Items with no visible or proven defect.
Requests made after 14 days of delivery.

🚫 Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Personal care items (used massagers, worn accessories).
Custom-made or personalized items.
Final sale/clearance products.
Gift cards or digital items (e.g. eBooks).
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please request a return (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
💳 Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank/payment provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@chicpawradise.com.
🔁 VelvaPulse™ – Refund Policy
At ChicPawradise, your satisfaction is our priority. If your VelvaPulse™ massager does not perform as expected, we’re here to help. However, to maintain fairness and prevent misuse, please read our refund conditions carefully:
✅ You’re eligible for a refund if:
The device is defective (e.g. not turning on, overheating, or if the product is damaged).
The massage function is clearly not working on specific zones despite proper usage (e.g. not rotating or vibrating as shown in product description).
You’ve followed all setup and provided photo/video proof showing the exact issue.
We will review each case carefully. If your claim is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
❌ We do NOT offer refunds if:
The product is fully functional but does not match personal preferences (e.g. pressure too strong/weak, size feels small, doesn’t "feel good").
There is no visible issue or proof provided (video or image).
The product has been used for more than 14 days.
The discomfort is due to incorrect positioning or misuse (e.g. used without adjusting the straps or not charged fully).
The product was purchased on final sale or during limited-time clearance promotions (unless defective).
📝 Important Notes:
We do not require returns for first-time buyers in case of approved refunds (as a gesture of goodwill).
If the product works but you're still unhappy, contact our support team—we’ll do our best to offer a solution (e.g. usage tips, partial refund, or discount on another product).
